Cold Room Panel / PUR/PIR Insulated
Overview
- Panelsan cold room panels prevent the formation of thermal bridges with their special connection details and meet the needs for high temperature control by ensuring sealing.
- It is preferred in structures requiring high level of thermal insulation and in highly safe environments in terms of hygiene, such as food processing, frozen food, pharmaceuticals, frozen warehouses and clean rooms.
- Our panels can be produced in different thicknesses and widths between 850-1,150 mm, with Polyurethane (PUR) - Polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation options, depending on the need.
- Our cold room panels are painted in accordance with food regulations, thus providing the necessary hygiene conditions.
- A mastic application gap of 3-5 mm was left between the coating materials to ensure better sealing at the joint detail of the two panels, thus maximizing energy efficiency.
- In addition to their airtight structure that prevents heat loss, cold room panels also offer smart solutions with their easy assembly, fast installation and economical investment features.
